Firebird Brewery
Firebird Brewing Co is an award-winning, West Sussex based independent craft brewery, crafting exceptional beers in a refurbished brickworks since 2013. They brew beers for everyone to enjoy, including traditional ales, lagers, and weissbiers, as well as a variety of modern styles, all made with great flavour and attention to detail.
Many of their beers are vegan-friendly, and a substantial number are gluten-free. They take pride in the fact that you can find their beers at numerous local pubs, bars, and venues throughout Sussex. Additionally, they have a fully stocked onsite shop where you can find a wide selection of their beers available in cask, keg, cans, and bottles, alongside wines, ciders, gins, local produce, and merchandise.
the brewery's bar is open seven days a week, with extended hours from thursday to saturday, allowing you to enjoy freshly brewed beers straight from the brewery. on thursday evenings, they offer a range of fun, quirky, and unique events, along with great street food on a friday and saturday evening. you’ll also be able to enjoy live music on saturday evenings.
