Tillingham offers a Christmas menu from November 18th to December 24th, featuring a selection of exquisite starters, mains, and desserts crafted by the new executive chef team. Christmas party packages are available for groups of 8 or more!
Guests can enjoy a two-night Christmas stay starting on Christmas Eve, complete with festive treats, a five-course Christmas lunch, and a hearty breakfast on Boxing Day.

Artelium Wine Estate
Every Friday this autumn, Artelium hosts Fondue Fridays, featuring a delicious Sussex cheese fondue served with sourdough and seasonal vegetables. Guests can enjoy the rich flavors while pairing their meal with Artelium wine.
The Christmas Makers Market takes place on Saturday, November 30th, from 10 am to 4 pm at Artelium. Attendees can explore unique handmade crafts from local artisans, along with complimentary wine tastings throughout the day.
On Sunday, December 8th, Artelium offers a Christmas Wine Tasting event in their elegant Tasting Room. Guests can sample a range of still and sparkling wines, guided by the knowledgeable Artelium Team.

Festive Baubles workshop with Bubbles
On Saturday, December 7th, join artist Ella Berthoud for a festive bauble workshop where you can paint and personalise your own Christmas bauble.
Experience a magical evening of Christmas Carols in the intimate Tasting Room on Friday, December 20th, from 7 pm to 10 pm. Local artist Sara Markland will perform alongside pianist Joe Samuel, with opportunities for audience participation. Enjoy a selection of wines and canapés from Hampers of Hurst while surrounded by candlelight.

Join Tinwood Estate for their Winter Dinner Series from December 12th- 14th and 19th-21st, featuring a five-course Christmas menu paired with selected still and sparkling wines. Guests can enjoy a picturesque dining experience in the candle-lit Tasting Room, complete with stunning vineyard views.
Tinwood Estate offers unforgettable Sunday Roast Lunches, featuring a selection of meats and trimmings served on a sharing board. With two sittings at 12pm and 3pm, this popular dining experience celebrates feasting with family and friends and showcases the finest seasonal produce for £33 per person.

On November 27th, Wiston Winery hosts a walkaround tasting featuring their full range of sparkling and still wines. Guests can enjoy a 15% discount on all purchases, making it the perfect opportunity to stock up for the festive season.
