The Cove Fairlight
In sleepy Fairlight, on the edge of the firehills, The Cove is an independently run free house serving locals, wanderers and gastronauts alike. Thery have a fire for the winter nights, a garden for summer days, and a friendly bar waiting to welcome you.
The Cove strives to serve simple seasonal food with a Sussex spin. When it comes to produce, Their venison is hunted by Arthur (from The Wild Order), their chicken comes from Sutton, beef from Bodiam, fish is from the channel, aalad and greens (and more when in season) grow 400 yards away, and herbs come from their garden.
