Vine Street Tap
Tucked away just off the Brighton Laines, Vine Street Tap + Bottle has utilised an old garage space and converted it into a tap room/wine bar establishment. In summer, the doors fold back to become an airy, bustling party space, and in autumn/winter, they close to create a cosy living room environment. Over the past couple of years, Vine has developed from craft beer to expanding to a wide range of natural wines from both local and global producers, collaborating with local independent businesses on seasonal cocktails as well as your favourite classics. Vine has grown by word of mouth and has built a returning custom with friends and locals coming back for the ever-changing menu of drinks and intimate nights. It’s the venue for artist workshops, hosting special occasions, and having a day drink whilst you work. There is a definite community here, and one that keeps growing. Not to mention, it’s the only spot in town for tinned fish.
