Will Dennard and Jack Southan have been a part of the Brighton scene for years, known for their street food brand Wolfsmouth and the Paradiso Social kitchen concept. Med is their first grassroots restaurant, tucked away on a side street in the heart of the Lanes.
Med specialises in modern European sharing plates with a creative twist, all served in a laid-back atmosphere with great music. The menu changes with the seasons, ensuring the freshest ingredients shine through in both the dishes and the ever-evolving cocktails. Wine lovers will appreciate the extensive, carefully curated wine list, featuring over 60 bottles, including natural and low-intervention wines.
