At the heart of St Leonards' thriving cultural scene, Gianluca Tozzi and Jack Booth's intimate restaurant showcases high-quality, ethically sourced fish, seafood, and vegetarian dishes. Gianluca's elegant, creative dishes, deeply rooted in classical Italian cuisine, are served in a convivial atmosphere, bringing culinary skill from the Puglian coast in Italy to the East Sussex seaside. Since 2015, he has cultivated close relationships within the Hastings fishing community, the oldest beach-launched fishing fleet in Europe.

Galleria presents seasonal and sustainable menus, highlighting the local catch and fresh regional produce. Wines are carefully selected to complement their menu, predominantly European with some bottles sourced from Sussex vineyards.

Established in August 2020, Galleria was listed in The Good Food Guide's Platinum List 2021, as part of special selection of the best UK newcomers, including only 18 restaurants. They were also featured in The Good Food Guide 2023.
