Florence Road Market & Cafe
Local produce, for everyone. Florence Road Market is the oldest and only true farmers' market in Brighton, where the people selling you core food items are typically the producers themselves. They are part of the One Church Brighton; a collective of transformational projects and two beautiful buildings, all committed to bringing hope and love to Brighton & Hove and beyond. Other projects include Pro Baristas and Skylark Coffee.
Florence Road Market have chosen intentionally to not be on the High Street. They value the direct relationships they have from trading in a residential area, playing a valuable role in the community while supporting local farmers and producers.
The market is open every Saturday (and the cafe Tuesday to Friday) at the corner of Florence Road and Southdown Ave, BN1 6EG, at One Church Brighton. Just opposite London Road train station.
They sell a large range of fruit and veg, bread and pastry, cheese and dairy, hot street food, cakes and treats, coffee and natural wine, preserves, snacks, flowers and more.
Many Saturday traders rotate weekly, so it's always worth seeing what's on.
