Bison started as a bottleshop in the North Laine but it has since expanded into a series of vibrant bars featuring their signature See Side APA. Founders Jack and Nick left their day jobs in 2015, driven by their desire to create open and inclusive venues perfect for enjoying a cold pint. Bison thrives on the creativity and collaboration that define our city. Whether it's food, fun, or anything in between, this ethos is at the core of their mission. You can find them dancing to DJs at their beach bar or enjoying a meal with chef Sam Lambert in Hove.
